Rebel Reviews! MAC Sweet Experience Lipstick

First off I would like to apologize to all of my followers for not posting in a timely manner, for that I am so sorry!*cries
Well to make it up to you guys, I'm going to do four, yes FOUR, reviews between today and Monday! So its going to be a bundle! Although, I decided to make things easier and do them in separate posts. So lets dive into the first review, MAC's Sweet Experience lipstick.

According to MAC:
"Welcome to MAC Playland, a funtastical wonderland of enchantment and delight. Luscious shades of Lipstick and Lipglass liven lips in playful pinks, brilliant purples and bright corals. Tease and toy around with a carousel of Casual Colour pots in neon orange and hot pink, to stand out bright as balloons in a blue spring sky.  Pigments and Chromagrphic Pencil add a cotton-candy cascade of colour to this season's stylish, fun-packed fantasy."

Sweet Experience is part of MAC's Playland collection. This collection includes four pigments, three pencils, six lipsticks,  five lipglass colors and three colors of "casual color", which is just an all-in-one color for lips and cheeks. These colors reflect such a cute, carefree and even a quirky attitude, (I mean how can you not be quirky when you're wearing yellow lipstick).

So knowing me, I purchased a color I'm always drawn to.. PINK! In this case, its a light coral pink (that packs a punch!). I probably have at least four lipsticks of this shade, but I just can't get enough of that particular shade. It's very innocent and wearable for almost any occasion.

This is me wearing Sweet Experience

Pros:

• highly pigmented
• stays on for a long time
• very bright
• limited edition color (if you like collecting lipstick)

Cons:

• cost (if you don't want to pay $16 plus tax)
• limited edition (buy it before it goes away!)
• made my lips dry
• (I recommend putting some sort of chap stick or lip-moisturizer before putting it on)

My Take on Sweet Experience:

Like I've mentioned before, I'm such a sucker for this shade of pink and when I saw it, I just HAD to buy it, so my opinion may be a little biased. I think this color is great for everything. This lipstick is definitely a great addition to any lipstick collection, but with that said I don't think anyone needs to kill for this lipstick. MAC has and will come out with colors that are similar to this one, so its not something that you absolutely need to buy. But if you are looking for something new, fun, and bright for the summer,  I definitely recommend this lipstick.
